This was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. The room was incredible, the pool was heated and very refreshing. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff was amazing. It was a great location for all of the things we anted to do like the Columbus Zoo. My son it was his favorite hotel ever. We had a 2 room suite which was a long rectangle with the living area in the front, kitchen and bathroom in the middle and 2 queens beds in the back. My son loved the fact there was a blue ray player.

The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. Online it was described as “free breakfast included” which was a little misleading. I was looking forward to eggs prepared hot and fresh rather than boiled. The staff at the desk was very courteous and helpful. Our rooms were very clean comfortable, and quiet.

DID NOT LIKE! One night was terrible because someone rented rooms to some parents and many young boys that just wanted to use the pool. They ran around wet in the halls being loud and slamming doors. Complained to the front desk who couldn’t stop the madness. Even the parents were loud.

It was clean!!!! Loved the kitchenette had a full size refrigerator! Great pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a good variety. The pool was super clean!
